Process & Pricing Structure
The Take-on Process
- In order for us to process your Payroll, we need to capture your employee details such as Personal Details, Retirement Annuity Contributions, Medical Aid Contributions, as well as Financial details relating to their weekly or monthly Remuneration;
- Download a template of the information we would require [Personal as well as Financial Details] to establish whether you would be able to provide us with the information in paper form, or whether you could enter or transfer the information into a pre-formatted Excel template (CSV format) from where the information could be uploaded into the Sage Payroll System;
- The Initial Setup Fee for employee information provided to us in paper form is R 75.00 per employee, whilst the cost per employee would be reduced to R 45.00 should the information be provided in the pre-formatted Excel Template which can be downloaded by clicking on the buttons below, and subsequently imported to the Sage Payroll System;
